Information about your upcoming appointment

WHAT WE USE:

We wanted to change our colour range in an effort to support the environment and provide our clients with quality Australian products , so we have invested in a brand that avoids harsh chemicals, is certified by PETA and carries an almost 100% vegan range. That’s why you will now find the EVO range of colours is our go to for giving our clients luxury locks without a multitude of chemicals + we have become an EVO Concept Salon, which means you will have the retail products at your fingertips, and can recreate that post salon visit glow at home!

Getting here:

We expect all clients to arrive 10-15 minutes early, so we can properly prepare for your time in the chair. We think the best parking is within the shared Kmart / aldi / Woolworths car park, so we recommend leaving an extra 20 minutes to park your car and walk to the salon. Please also allow plenty of time for your appointment, and don’t book in anything urgent afterwards as we can’t guarantee you will make it! WANT TO GO blonde?

Going blonde is a commitment – and any good hairdresser will tell you so. To have the best start, clients must be using a salon quality shampoo and conditioner for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to their first lightening appointment. If you’re not sure whether you are using a quality brand, please contact us ASAP via Facebook or Instagram. It is imperative that your hair is in the best condition possible for taking on board the colours we are using.

After a consultation, our stylists will be able to create an ideal plan for bringing your hair to the style you want – please be aware this process could take more than one appointment and several weeks to complete, especially if you are going from dark to light, but the results will be worth the wait for natural looking, lived-in blonde styles of lower long term maintenance! We recommend choosing a photo from our Instagram to bring in as your inspiration for your ideal colour, as these directly reflect the products we use.

We really pride ourselves as your go to destination for the perfect blonde colour to suit your skin tone. Our expertise certainly is natural, liveable and durable blondes but we are still offering all other colours.

 
 

BOOK IN EARLY:

After the mess of 2020, we are still playing catch up, so from this point forward will not be taking on new clients for Saturday appointments, and are booked out well in advance for weekday appointments. If you have an upcoming event that you want the perfect blonde hair for, we recommend getting in touch exceptionally early to ensure we have enough time and available appointments to achieve your desired look.

 

Children / extra personnel

Due to space restrictions, safety interests, and ongoing COVID-19 concerns, we unfortunately are not able to accept any extra persons coming with you to your appointments. The only exception to this is breastfeeding young babies, who naturally are unable to be away from their mother for longer and uncertain periods of time. If you find yourself in this situation, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you in one of the larger salon spaces.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment please contact us ASAP to facilitate this; failure to do so 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 40% of your appointment cost, which is to be paid prior to your next appointment. This also applies for no-shows and is to cover a small portion of the losses incurred by cancelled appointment and opportunities.

 

Attire

We love your favourite top as much as you do, which is why we strongly recommend not wearing it to your appointment to avoid the slight but still possible risk that colour might stain your clothing. This includes face masks which will inevitably come into contact with the colour solution.
